I have fallen IN LOVE with this place. The different food options, the milkshakes, the employees! It's just all around amazing, and so down to earth! I plan to continue to support this business every time I'm in the area or on days they have a new menu item that calls my name for a special trip out!

From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with the warmth of an old friend and the comforting charm of a place that feels like it’s been part of your life forever. The staff? Absolute gems. Genuinely kind, patient, and proud of the services they provide. Whether it’s a sandwich the size of a Volkswagen, hand crafted coffee delight, or the outrageously decadent Snickers Sundae, every item feels lovingly made. The quality is consistent, the flavors are rich, and the portions are so over-the-top but in the best possible way. And the atmosphere? Pure Americana. There’s a feeling of nostalgia like the world slowed down just a little when you park your car and being to walk into the building. From the old-fashioned tables and chairs on the covered patio, to the candy selection or the jars of local honey and hand-cut meats, everything invites you to linger a little longer and to take it all in. We absolutely love The Battlefield Country Store It’s one of our favorite places to bring friends because it never disappoints. The ice cream is delicious, and the food is seriously to die for. Great atmosphere, amazing comfort food, and always a fun stop. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place with great eats and a welcoming country-store vibe!

First off, I can't believe I haven't reviewed this spot yet!!🤦🏼‍♂️ If you are anywhere near by even passing close while traveling up and down 95, take a detour! You won't regret it! It's like a super sized Cracker Barrel gift shop, ice cream shop, coffee shop, butcher, bakery, and restaurant all in one! HUGE selection of snacks, sweets, fresh baked items, canned goods, take and bake items, and knick nacks. Their hot food menu changes often so check out their social media for this weeks selections. I haven't had a bad plate yet! Their biscuits and gravy are to die for! Coffee beans are roasted in house! You can buy beans to go. They make all the coffee house drinks to order. One of my favs is their dirty matcha latte! Amazing! $2 Tuesdays at the ice cream counter will get you two GINOURMOUS scoops of their in house made ice cream. Their sundaes are enough to feed a table of folks. The soft serve is legit my favorite of any I've ever tasted! Fresh meat available as well as deli cheese and meat. Stop by early on Saturdays for their Kunzer bacon special. Usually around $45 for a 10 POUND slab! They have in house bacon available now too! Stop in, you won't be disappointed! Oh, and the folks there, ALWAYS friendly and helpful!

Finally getting around to this. My family loves Battlefield Country Store! I'm from a small town originally and moved here in May of 2016. The family atmosphere is absolutely for real at the store! My wife and children get there way more than I do and as I'm typing this they are going for ice cream tomorrow with another family. Now - let's talk about Battlefield Cuts 😜 So you like a good steak huh? I'm definitely a Ribeye guy.....but decided few months ago to try their King Cut Top Sirloin Steaks. Dry aged and so so tender. Yes I said tender not chewy LOL! I am VERY picky when it comes to steaks. Smoked these on my Pit Barrel Smoker and was very impressed! Finished off with a compound butter. High quality beef is an understatement I can tell ya! Don't go to an overpriced restaurant try these at medium rare and yea baby you will love this cut 💪🥩🇱🇷😜 Jeff- keep up your dedication to your store and blessings to you and your staff always brotha! Next time it's gonna be some Smoked Ribeyes from Battlefield Cuts 💯

Stayed here overnight through Harvest Host. Food choices were exceptional and all staff members were friendly and helpful. Huge selection of bulk foods and fresh baked goodies. Coffee and ice cream were wonderful.

One of my favorite places on earth. It is rare to find someone as genuine as Jeff. He truly cares about his employees and that is reflected in how they treat their customers. They give back. They do good. Their food is out of this world. The selection of items they offer in store is ridiculous (in the best way). The ice cream is literally art. They have somehow found the best employees to work in one place. I wish them never ending success.

Definitely worth the stop! Catfish Po-Boy was spot on. Large portion, light and flaky. Hoagie roll was soft and fluffy inside, nice and crunchy outside. The remoulade sauce complimented the sandwich well. The store is immaculate and contains a nice variety of food and snacks. Ample seating inside and out.

Outstanding combination specialty food store with local snacks, meats, and breads. In addition there's a sandwich shop, coffee and milkshake bar at three separate counters. All the menu items are very "generous" (I'll defer to the pictures with either large portions or highly added to like yhe large blue catfish and chips or the icing around the lip of the coffee cups). I went here with visiting relatives and the place was a hit, and will definitely be a repeat visit. I also like the active Facebook page with Veterans Day benefits. Plenty if parking outside with limited seating inside and a few more tables outside.
